I just got my allotted 3 cases of this Chianti Classico rated 92 from the Wine Spectator, and I’m already down to 2 cases as we speak.
People are looking forward to the first brisk fall Sunday with some homemade sauce and Columbus bread accompanied by this wine with it’s dried cherry nose and deep tannins. Vanilla overtones from the oak makes this wine stand up to the tomatoes and onions in the sauce. Grab a big wine glass and soak up some sauce with the bread…..mmmmmmmm. It’s time to get your Italian on!
